  I would say we were pleasantly surprised really. The wings are as good as you can do traditional wings. I like thinner crust normally, and theirs is a little thicker. But not dense, more airy and crispy. It's probably now my second favorite style. The premium pepperoni is great to.  I would have to check out the actual restaurant , but really love tonights pizza and wings. Outstanding. Will order again for sure. It would take a wood fired oven to hit the 5 start mark but still, great stuff

  So you have two options:
  
  1. Waste a few hours of your evening waiting for food that ultimately has a 50:50 chance of showing up
  
  Or
  
  2. Randomly order from here in the off chance that in the future you'll be craving pizza, and said pizza may just show up when the stars are aligned with your hunger half a day from now
  
  Take your pick.
  
  Unfortunately, we picked option 1, shelled out $63 via Grubhub and alas an evening wasted, we saw our dinner 2 hrs later.
  
  Did you call them? Why yes! After calling a phone that rings and rings into oblivion, someone did answer only to rudely say they were busy and the pizzas would get to us....ya know, sometime.
  
  2 stars because the pizzas were tasty when they showed up. Order was missing bits and was incorrect in part.

  I only gave this place one star because it lets me write this review. I ordered thru yelp via grub hub at 1016 pm for three extra large pizzas, said it would be done by 1105 pizza not ready. Went to pick it up, no greeting no question of what I ordered. There was an older lady there said she is so busy it's not her fault, I kindly asked her for a refund (it's 1133pm) at this time and she said go thru grub hub. She didn't even know what I ordered!!! She didn't even talk to us. Why did I even wait? I waited until 1141!!!! I'm on the phone with grub hub now. She said she would call to try to place a refund but I don't trust her. Please
  Don't order late hereShe seems short staff and frazzled, and horrible customer service.

  I'm editing my review this morning because I do realize that these reviews hurt our local small businesses which i do not want to do, she did give us the 3 pizzas(tho an hour more late) were very good. So the pizza was great and if the service wasn't so bad I would definitely have come again.

  I don't know what everyone is on about about the restaurant's lack of punctuality but the food arrived in the hour and came fresh and piping hot - sometimes, y'all Yelp reviewers be petty and trippin' trippin'. The pizza was delicious, to say the least, and the chicken wings were so good, I ate them in the morning, cold. They also included six garlic knots even though I did not check-in at the restaurant. Will order from them again.
  
  I recommend the Mediterranean and the Deluxe pizzas from the "Specialty" menu.

  I've only had bad experiences with this pizza place.
  
  My recent issue was on 07/03/2019 when ordering delivery through Grubhub. Italian Pizza Kitchen accepted my order around 9:30pm. 11:15pm rolls around & still no food & not even an update on my order. A Grubhub employee tried contacting the restaurant but they were not picking up their phone. Grubhub had to refund me.
  
  My first issue was the first time I visited this location. My boyfriend & I ordered a pizza & while in the process of paying, their phone rang. The young man picked up the phone & hung it up. He did this at least 5 times while we waited for our pizza.
  
  It seems as though Italian Pizza Kitchen does not like answering night calls & avoids picking up the phone to prevent delivery orders. I don't know who the owner is but these employees need to be trained or replaced.
